For sellers
Sell keys, accounts, licenses and services to buyers who already trusted the platform with their money. You keep 90% of every order, and you never deliver before you are paid.

Commission is taken only when escrow releases to you, with a minimum of $0.05. A refunded order costs you nothing at all.
What you can sell
Upload your stock once. The buyer pays and the item is handed over in the same second, with no human in the loop. This is the delivery type buyers filter for first.
The file is stored encrypted and released to the buyer after payment — never before, and never to anyone but them.
You hand the item over yourself in the order chat, within the ETA you publish. The platform gives you 48 hours as a hard deadline — miss it and the order cancels and refunds itself.
Work delivered to order and confirmed by the buyer, on the same escrow rails as everything else. Same deadline, same dispute path.
The money
Your side of escrow
Escrow is usually sold as buyer protection. It is just as much yours — you are the one being asked to hand over something irreversible.
Escrow protects you as much as the buyer. You never deliver to someone who has not already paid, and a funded order cannot be un-funded.
There is no cancel button after delivery. The only way back is a dispute, and a dispute needs evidence. You have 72 hours to answer one, and the order chat is the record.
A buyer who vanishes cannot freeze your money. Escrow auto-releases 72 hours after delivery unless a dispute is open.
Refund behaviour is counted per buyer across a rolling window and flagged for review. A buyer who does this for a living stops being a buyer here.
Keys, files and chat deliveries are encrypted in the database and revealed only to the buyer of that order, after payment.
Contact details in the order chat are masked before they are stored, and repeat attempts raise an abuse signal. Your customers stay your customers.
The full mechanism, from both sides — how escrow works.
Before you apply
Application to first sale
Tell us what you sell and why buyers can trust you. A human reads every application — this is not a form that auto-approves.
reviewed by a personApproval opens the seller zone with 5 active listing slots — enough to start, and enough that a store still building a record cannot flood the catalog.
Title, description, images, stock, delivery type, bulk price tiers, ETA. Save drafts and come back — nothing is published until you submit it.
Every listing you submit goes to PENDING_REVIEW and waits for a moderator. This is not a filter for suspicious items — it is every listing, every time, while the marketplace is young. Expect to wait; the site is not broken.
the gateThe listing appears in the catalog and in search. From here every sale runs on escrow, and your record starts building toward your first level.
Account limits
These are the ceilings Mason Lab sets on an account: how many listings may be live, how much may sell in a day, how long a payout is held. They are raised by admin review against your record — there is no automatic promotion and no way to buy a step. They are not your public badge: that is your level, it is computed from your own record, and its exact thresholds are published at /trust/levels.
| Step | Active listings | Daily sales cap | Payout hold |
|---|---|---|---|
| On approval | 5 | $500 | 72 h |
| Second step | 25 | $5,000 | 48 h |
| Third step | 100 | $50,000 | 24 h |
| Highest | 1,000 | $250,000 | 12 h |
Straight answers
A 10% commission (minimum $0.05) on orders that actually release to you. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee and no fee on a refunded order — if the money goes back to the buyer, you owe nothing. The commission rate is snapshotted onto each order at purchase, so a later change never reprices old sales.
Escrow releases to your seller balance when the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if they say nothing and open no dispute. The amount then sits in a payout hold — 72 hours on a new store, as little as 12 once Mason Lab has raised your account limits — before it becomes spendable balance. A hold only governs how fast YOU are paid; it never shortens the buyer's dispute window.
Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out later. Balances, escrow, commission and holds all run today, but the payout provider is not connected — the withdrawal path currently runs on a mock adapter, so no money leaves the platform. The minimum withdrawal will be $10.00 when it is switched on.
No. Every listing a seller submits goes to review and is published by a moderator, not by the submit button. That applies to all listings, not only flagged ones, while the marketplace is young. A listing sitting in review is the system working as designed.
Stolen, hacked or fraud-obtained credentials, cookies, sessions and auth tokens, and anything illegal. Accounts and subscriptions are an allowed category where the resale is legal — you confirm your right to resell on every listing you submit.
The buyer's money is in escrow before you deliver, so you never hand over goods on trust. After delivery there is no cancel button — only a dispute, which needs evidence, which you have 72 hours to answer. If the buyer simply disappears, escrow auto-releases to you after 72 hours.
Escrow freezes and nothing releases while the case is open. Both sides file evidence; you have 72 hours to respond. If it is not settled between you, a senior arbiter decides — refund, release, or a split — and the outcome is written to the ledger. A dead key is still your problem to replace for 7 days from the buyer’s first reveal, and the buyer's dispute window runs 7 days from delivery.
Five while your store is new, growing to 25, 100 and 1,000 as Mason Lab raises your account limits. Those limits are set by admin review against your record — there is no automatic promotion and no way to buy them. They are a separate thing from your public LEVEL, which is earned from your record and computed daily; see /trust/levels.
Applying takes minutes. You need a Mason Lab account with a verified email — a human reads every application.
