- Something is wrong with a listingProhibited goods, a scam, someone else’s brand or copyright, spam.
- Something is wrong with a sellerA store as a whole: repeated bad delivery, off-platform deals, impersonation.
- I cannot get into my accountSpend one of your recovery codes, or sign in through Telegram if the account has it.
Paid already and the order went wrong? That is a dispute, not a report — open it from the order in your vault. Escrow holds the money until the dispute is decided; a report never moves funds.
What we look at
- Goods we do not allow: stolen or hacked credentials, cookies and session tokens, anything illegal.
- A scam: the listing describes one thing, the delivery is another — or there is no delivery at all.
- Someone else’s brand, artwork or licence sold as their own.
- Spam: the same listing over and over, or a listing that only exists to advertise elsewhere.
- A seller pulling the deal off the platform, where escrow cannot protect either side.
What happens after you send it
- The report lands in the moderation queue — a person reads it, not a filter.
- While it is reviewed the listing can be hidden from the storefront or quarantined, so nobody else buys into the same problem.
- The outcome is either action against the listing or the store, or a dismissal if the rules were not broken.
- The seller is told what was wrong, never who reported it.
